These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods on this website operated by Now Dig This Limited, registered in England and Wales (Company number 04662415), with our registered office at 27–28 Frederick Street, Sunderland, SR1 1LZ.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders and Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£).

  • We do not currently charge VAT.

  • Orders are confirmed by email once placed.

  • Payment is taken only when the item is in stock and ready for despatch, via secure card processing through Opayo (formerly Sage Pay).

  • If an item is out of stock, you will not be able to add it to your basket. We display stock status where possible.

  • Pre-orders are accepted and clearly marked. These will be dispatched as soon as stock becomes available.

2. Dispatch and Delivery

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days.

  • All items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked or Tracked and Signed delivery.

  • Delivery is available to the UK and internationally.

  • A flat rate delivery fee applies per order. This will be shown at checkout before payment.

3. Cancelling an Order

  • You may cancel your order prior to dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible.

  • If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our returns policy below.

4. Returns Policy

You have the right to return most items within 14 calendar days of receiving them, in accordance with UK consumer law.

To return an item:

  1. Notify us within 14 days of receipt via email or post.

  2. Return the item to the address provided below, in original condition.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned, unless faulty:

  • CDs, DVDs, or vinyl records unless they are still sealed in their original shrink wrap.

  • Any media or items that are no longer in original, resaleable condition.

This is to prevent unauthorised copying or misuse of the media.

6. Return Costs and Refunds

  • You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

  • If an item is faulty, it will be replaced free of charge.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned goods, via the original payment method.
